Past Life Regression / Hypnosis for Soul Contact
The psyche/soul naturally wants to heal itself. Regression hypnosis may facilitate this process by addressing karma, awakening us to life patterns, connecting us with Oneness, or inspiring us to behavior change. Recipients generally experience greater clarity and connection to life goals and purpose.
Hypnosis is a trance-like state in which one has heightened focus and concentration. In this state we are more open to suggestion, without losing control of behavior. Unconscious behavior patterns and emotional information are more accessible. In Regression Hypnotherapy, guided imagery assists with the mental act of going back to an earlier time to retrieve stored memories and emotional experiences that may be continuing to influence one’s current life in an undesirable manner. The experience may be a past life regression or regression to an earlier time in the present life. The choice is guided by the needs and priorities of one’s soul. Hypnotherapy regressions may facilitate healing of trauma experiences, in this lifetime or a previous one, associated with current chronic health issues such as pain and fatigue.
While in trance, emotions are processed differently than during the waking state. Scientists at the Stanford School of Medicine have found that distinct sections of the brain have altered activity and connectivity while one is in a state of hypnosis. This causes a disassociation between action and reflection. By processing root causes of distress while in a state of healthy disassociation, with a supportive hypnotherapist, individuals are empowered to gain self-awareness and healthy boundaries with self and others. The integration of past issues results in increased confidence and calmness that carries over into all aspects of life.
Sessions
Initial Hypnotherapy sessions for soul contact and/or regression are for 3 hours, and subsequent sessions may last 1 - 2 hours, depending on individual needs and preferences. Each session addresses a very specific issue defined by the recipient. Wearing comfortable clothing assists with relaxation. It is best not to have eaten a large meal before the session. Being well-rested makes it less likely that you will fall asleep. Clients may be either sitting or reclining, finding a comfortable position. Generally, closing the eyes is encouraged to eliminate visual distractions.
Distance
Hypnotherapy sessions may be provided in person, by telephone, or by telehealth video. For distance sessions, the client needs to be alone, in a quiet, calm environment, in a comfortable position. A headset or earphone connection with a microphone is needed to enhance audio communication and minimize audible distractions from the environment. For video sessions the client needs to ensure a stable internet connection.
Can everyone be hypnotized? About 80% of the population can easily be hypnotized to some degree. Others can learn to enter a state of hypnosis with practice. We can also train ourselves to conduct self-hypnosis. Trance experiences are not uncommon. If you’ve ever zoned out to the extent of diminished awareness of activities in your environment, you’ve experienced a similar trance-like state.
